Charm Carlin is a dynamic force in Austin, TX. She first moved here in 1990 from Lafayette, LA, and began cultivating a wide and varied network of friends, neighbors, and co-workers. The single mother of two beautiful daughters, born 12 years apart, Charm is a deep well of knowledge when it comes to every nook and cranny of kids fun and culture in the Austin area, and due to her gregarious, curious nature, she has her finger on the pulse of this town. Charm’s goal is to not only buy and sell homes, but to connect her clients with everything Austin, TX, from art to local businesses to people. As a realtor, she uses her inexhaustible energy and enthusiasm to provide the best experience and outcome for her clients.
Prior to real estate, Charm graduated from the University of Texas with a B.A. in Studio Arts, focusing on photography and metals, and has worked in interior design, level 10 organizing, property management, and television and film production in art department, wardrobe, and casting.
In her spare time, Charm can be found dancing and hula-hooping on Mexican beaches, soaking up the sun at Barton Springs, drinking coffee at Jo’s, divining ancient wisdom from her tarot deck, or getting her om on in a yoga class.
